Abstract: | This paper aims to propose a measurement scale of the customer knowledge enabled innovation (CKEI) capability. Based on data generated on the basis of in-depth interviews with managers and analysis using the "Sphinx" software, there is a 60-item pool proposed for the eventual measurement of the CKEI capability. |
