| Abstract: | This paper provides a rare viewpoint to consider enterprise: the active role of individuals in promoting enterprise. The review focuses on former management consultants working as change agents within organizations. The analysis is based on interviews, company documents and secondary sources on consultancy lifestyles and career paths. The aim of this paper is develop better understanding of enterprise as organizational change as well as the promotion of management ideas. |
