Abstract:During the last few years, the application of untidumping measures has spread from a few traditional users, such as Australia, Canada, the European Community (EC), New Zealand and the United States to an increasing number of new users, including countries as Argentina, Brazil, India, Korea, Mexico, Turkey and South Africa. This phenomenon might be partly explained by the fact that many of the new users of antidumping have recently undergone substantial trade liberalization, often unilaterally, as a central component of market-oriented economic reforms.
