| Abstract: | The case of anti-dumping of press paper is the first case concerning anti-dumping since the foundation of China, which is meaningful in the history of China's foreign trade. article introduced the procedure of its adjudication, and made comments on the definition of dumping and degree of damage, as well as investigation on anti-dumping, and other aspects. Finally, it also presented some recommendations on how to further optimize adjustments on anti-dumping, tax collection on anti-dumping, tax-evasion of anti-dumping, and administrative and judicial censorship. |
