| Abstract: | The article deals with the practical and theoretical issues of anti-dumping policy in EC. The author considers such subjects as: "normal value", "export price", "price comparison", "injury". "definition of domestic industry", "initiation of investigation/proceedings", "rights of defence". The author also provides the following reviews: 1) Expiry reviews; 2) Refusal to consider de minimis situation in interim reviews; 3) Interim reviews; 4) Anti- absorption reviews; 5) Refund of duties paid in excess of the injury margin; 6) Public interest. The paper provides a number remarks, suggestions and doubts concerning the EC anti-dumping practice. |
