Abstract:Giving employees a financial interest in the company is one way of securing their commitment. But there are other steps to ensure that the goals of the firm are shared by its staff. Management has got to get its goals clear and communicate them to employees in such a way that they understand them to be able to help in making the goals a reality. Companies have to get their people working like a team. For this they need to have goals which can be translated into common action at every level in the business.
