Abstract:The soft drinks sector is particularly diverse in terms of products included and different national markets break down the sector in different ways. Broadly speaking, it includes all carbonated and still soft drinks; it specifically excludes mineral water and true fruit juices, which form the subjects of separate Euromonitor reports. Data are generally presented for the period 1989-1993, although this may vary according to the availability of statistics. Forecasts are made to 1998.
