| Abstract: | This issue originated from the six outstanding papers presented at the International Conference on Electronic Commerce held in Seoul, Korea, April 1998. This special issue deals with the technology, design schemes, architecture, and pricing schemes necessary for the more convenient and secure electronic commerce. The first article designs the features necessary for the Internet- based call centers in a Web-based shopping setting. The second article deals with the issue of designing add-on links to enhance the convenience to the users. |
