Abstract:Many organizations are interested in managing organizational knowledge though they don’t necessarily understand the challenges involved in realizing knowledge management (hereafter as KM) initiatives. This research paper offers an in depth analysis of key management drivers and their influence on KM performance. The analysis draws mainly upon a questionnaire survey of 66 Korean firms. The findings highlight for instance the importance of rewarding, learning organization culture and KM team activity drivers. These factors play a significant role in improving KM performance.
