Abstract:The paper discusses quality aspects that characterize first-timers and repeaters and facilitate festival loyalty. The results suggest that program and convenient facilities are more important to repeat visitors, whereas first-timers value food and souvenirs in addition to those two aspects. Furthermore, the findings indicate a stronger value-loyalty relationship for repeat festival visitors.
