| Abstract: | The main risk facing China's financial industry is the credit risk. The development trends of financial industry are as follows: The risks of non-bank financial institution will possibly be under control. The potential financial risks of state-owned commercial banks will possibly be explored and the ones will likely be disposed effectively or eased. The risks of urban and rural credit co-operatives will be revealed further. To prevent financial risks, we should distinguish the nature of funds, develop capital market, strengthen the reform of enterprises and create a sound external environment, and establish and perfect risk control system of financial system. |
