| Abstract: | Property right is the investor's right concerning assets income, significant decision and choice of the manager during juridical person's existence. It is direct proportion to his investment branche. Juridical person's right of property is the right of legal person of enterprise to possess, use, gain and handle assets of enterprise according to law. Because of the reciprocal restrict between juridical person's right of property and property right, both are not absolute related to ownership. It is a changing course of the right of property during an investment of the legal person of enterprise when ownership transfers into mutual-restricted and relative-independent property right and juridical right of property and finally returns to ownership. |
