| Abstract: | It is very important to reconstruct sound and transparent property right structure in the following aspects. (1)It should be clarified that the responsibility of government is to assure the citizen's life, liberty and property right, to provide public products. In addition, the government as the third party should ensure the implementation of contracts. (2) Release administrative intervention of government on capital market, and make capital market to be set up on the basis of complete property rights in order to create conditions for establishing corporation's administrative structure with characteristic of capital market oriented. (3) Protect citizen's private property and entrepreneur's profit, break the monopoly of government owned economy on capital, resources and labor force. |
