| Abstract: | This paper examines U.K. gender wage differentials (henceforth as: g-w-diffs.) using a general equilibrium search model, with a special attention to part-time workers. Labour market behaviour differences are found to play a role in defining g-w-diffs. within education levels. The importance of these differences varies by education level and hours of work. |
