Abstract:CASE is the acronym for Computer Aided Systems Engineering. It is an automated design construct that, by many accounts, should revolutionize information systems development. Nevertheless, it is currently being used comprehensively by a small percentage of business system developers. The CASE revolution is at best an evolution.
