| Abstract: | The author believes that the basic condition of the change of economic growth's mode is to expediate the reform and opening up. It includes accelerating the pace of establishing a modern enterprise system, further perfecting market system and rules, enhancing the level of opening to the outside world in the view of improving the adjusting function of the market mechanism. Adjusting the macro economic policy includes controlling economic growth rate, regulating key investment projects , opitomizing industrial structures, and so on. This is a significant guarantee of promoting the change of the economic growth's mode. |
