The market is divided into 2 sectors: dried and chilled pasta products. Excluded are some related products such as pasta-based ready meals, frozen pasta, canned pasta, pasta sauces and other accompaniments. In France, chilled noodles are also excluded. All 1999 figures base on part-year data.
