| Abstract: | In this article, analyzed is the state of the trans-border relationship of Russia with Estonia and Latvia. Among others, dealt with are factors influencing the life cycles of borders (here as: brds.) , consideration of brds. as instrument of inter-state relationship and as social constructs, and question on how to make better use of Russia's resources. |
