| Abstract: | The article discusses the knowledge creation process in strategic alliances and explains it by using evolutionary perspective. Furthermore, a mathematical model is utilized to demonstrate how knowledge is created in strategic alliances, why companies want to create and share knowledge by engaging in alliances, and what conditions must be met to accomplish successful knowledge creation under such circumstances. |
