Abstract:Herein, factors impacting perceptions of ethical conduct of peers of over 290 students in four U.S. universities is explored. Self-reported ethical behaviour (hereafter as: e-b.) and recognition of emotions in others impacted perception of e-b. of peers. None of the other dimensions of emotional intelligence were significant. Age, race, sex, GPA, or type of major (business vs. non-business) did not have an impact on perception of peers' e-b.
