| Abstract: | This study explores the impact of various factors on ethical behaviour (henceforth as: eth-beh.) of 180 non-profit hospital employees. Eth-beh. of peers, eth-beh. of successful managers, and emotional intelligence had a significant positive impact on eth-beh. of respondents. Physicians and hospital employees with political connections within the organization were significantly less ethical than others. |
