| Abstract: | An analysis of the hypothesized differences in the strategies, organizational structures, and market environments of US and Australian corporations. Differences between domestic firms and subsidiaries of foreign multinationals operating in Australia are given in parallel hypotheses. The hypotheses were tested on data obtained from corporations in the two countries. Expressed strategy, environment and organisation are reviewed in a number of Tables, together with research and development, and management policies. |
