| Abstract: | At the moment, project management is considered a miracle weapon for the conversion of ambitious innovation projects. But all too often, the introduction or the vitalisation is followed by bitter disappointment. Everything is more difficult, complicated and hardly any better. There is no need for this. One can learn from the experience of others and avoid or skilfully bypass many an obstacle from the outset. These measures are: - help of team-spirit by matrix-responsibility , perspectives for line management, integration of project-organisation, and proper communication of management tools. |
