| Abstract: | Self-service in banking has many advantages as round-the-clock open hours, speed, labour saving, privacy, informations, but also drawbacks, as fear of the customer of making some error, security considerations, no human contact. Foyer banking, which means self-service automats installed near ordinary service desks tries to keep the advantages while eliminating drawbacks. In a series of articles FRG credit institutions present their solutions. |
