| Abstract: | Lacking the sustained competitive superiority is the basic reason for foreign trade enterprises' being put in a tight spot. The fundamental way out of extricating themselves from a difficult position lies in taking the following measures to create the sustained competitive superiority: 1. strengthening management comprehensively to raise the efficiency of individual activity in creating value. 2. expanding the scope of enterprises and forming enterprises groups to realize scale business operation, 3. improving the order of foreign trade, coordinating competition among enterprises and promoting cooperation between enterprises, 4. reducing cost by the means of medium-and small-sized enterprises' forming an alliance and participating jointly in the activities of value chain, 5. formulating the strategy of competition according to enterprises' condition. |
