| Abstract: | The latest trend, the transnational growth of intellectual economy, capital unity and intangible capital, gives us a great different knowledge of a company or a nation's competivity, a new judge for the connotation source and orientation of competiveness. As to a company or a nation, competivity does not display its ability of aquiring and controlling a nation's nature resources, but of aquiring and controlling continuously upgrading innovatory capital, especially the intellectual capital of various forms. The great characteristic of the intellectual capital can be defined as mobile, possessing the special property of public products, exempt from the limit of national boundaries and greatly depending on each other. |
