Abstract:For many electronic products including some name brands, supply has exceeded demand. The following are responsible for such a situation: duplication in introduction and construction, a lot of transnational corporations entering China's electronic product market, rapid development of electronics-related science and technology, accelerated upgrading of products, which leads to the structural surplus of some products, and the government's weakening regulation and control ability. In view of the above, we should make reorganization of assets, starting with optimizing structure in order to enhance the competitiveness of products. Besides, we should cultivate electronic product market system, develop with great efforts market, strengthen legislation and enhance the government's ability of regulation and control.
