| Abstract: | In order to increase and maintain their sustainable competition advantages, enterprises should utilize their limited resources in a concentrated way. Meanwhile, they should make full use of external resources. Managerial personnel should decide the core abilities which must be mastered by their enterprises, according to customer demand and the development of market situation, and concentrate their limited resources on the utilization of these core abilities. Make full use of external resources and introduce some general activities or work. Form strategic unions with related enterprises if necessary. Enterprises must obtain and maintain their leading positions in key business activities. |
