| Abstract: | According to the international competitive ability statement in 1999 by IMD, Chinese list names descend because of various factors as South-East-Asian financial crisis. This article regards evaluation index system of international competitive ability as a complicated and systematic science. The article conducts detailed analysis of its important characteristics and effects among various system elements and points out that only when China begins from the angle of system, and utilizes numerous and jumbled statistics, can her find out the feasible measures to increase Chinese international competitive power. |
