| Abstract: | China technology competitive power, in terms of overall assessment and analysis, some aspects of it have reached the first world-class competitive level. However, A lot of problems still exist, especially each component of the overall competitive power, such as technology competitive power, market environment, technical management etc. All of them have different degrees of problems. Compared with the congener large developing countries' competitive power level, there still exists a quite big distance. Development strategy gists: foundation and environment modernization, competition and equilibrium impulsion, new advanced technique getting the upper hand, and industry upgrading development. |
