| Abstract: | Shanghai's development models of export of complete sets of equipments and technology include electric model, gold star model and metallurgy model. Of their development procedure, the electric model is the most completed, which can be divided into fives parts. They are from technical introduction to technology export, from division contracting of machines to total contracting of complete sets of equipments, from the export of cheap and low-grade hardware to comprehensive export of good-quality and high-grade products, from having no decision-making power to possessing special departments engaged in imports and exports and from following specialized central import and export companies to being the head to independently submit tenders for the total engineering contracting abroad. |
