Abstract:The paper constructs a temporal model of wine tourist behavior. It is based on the social psychologist' theory of consumer attitudes and related concepts with regard to past behavior, satisfaction, perceived value and behavioural intentions. This paper added two dimensions to this model. These dimensions propose that satisfaction and perceived value have an impact on the attendees' intentions to visit a local winery and to buy local wine products. The results of the path analysis represents the influences of past behaviour, satisfaction and perceived value on the intention to revisit, level of satisfaction, to visit local wineries and to buy local wine products. The results of the paper can be useful to organisers of wine festival and/or wine tourism developers.
