Abstract:The study examines the role of trust. Specifically the attention is paid to the previous seven papers in this issue of the Journal. The study is made discussing the importance of trust in business and business ethics. The discussion is followed by the analysis of the seven papers in relation to how trust is related to the ethical issues. The findings reveal that there is a need for further examination on the nature of trust and on the elements in business, such as transparency, that is known to help to sustain the trust.
