| Abstract: | The author formulated the kernel concept of the financial theory under the planned commodity economy. The object of taking noncompetitive commodity as center to establish financial theory is to distinguish between "government production" and "enterprise production". This will find a objective basis for financial distribution. On this objective basis, we can form the decisive pattern of financial distribution, the management system and a well-organized financial theory. |
