| Abstract: | Finance development can be divided into six stages, from junior to senior. The developed and developing countries are in different stages of finance development. Someone believes that the problems of financial theory and policies in developing countries are only to directly apply general and traditional financial theory and policies to the business concerned in these countries. Practice has proved this view point is mistaken and has gone to extremes. |
