| Abstract: | Mao Zedong laid stress on tapping new financial resources and expanding income to solve financial problems. Doing well large-middle size enterprises is a gap of overcoming current financial difficulties. Consideration must be given to the benefit of state, collective and individual. The relationship among state income, co-operative accumulation and peasants income will be handled correctly. To practice strict economy realizes financial balance to make rational use of state limited fund. |
