Abstract:This paper investigates the relationship btw. salesforce performance and orgazational commitment: Are high performing salesforces more committed than lower performing ones by looking at the perceptions of first-line supervisors? Using a popular 15-item scale, high performance salesforces are found to have significantly higher levels of organizational commitment.
