Abstract: | In the academic world, research has indicated that "good ethics is good business". In this study, evaluated are salespeople's perceptions (hereafter as: percps.) of the ethics of businesses in general, their employer's ethics, their attitudes as consumers, and the relationships existing btw. these percps. and the sales force's job satisfaction (here as: job-sftn.) and turnover intentions (as: t-o-ints). A positive relationship is shown to exist btw. salesperson percps. of business ethics, his/her employer's ethics, consumer attitudes, and the salesperson's job-sftn. and reduced t-o-ints. |
