| Abstract: | The paper outlines the core elements of bank rehabilitation process.The author estimates that all potential losses of banking system are not included into the rehabilitation program.His conclusion is that the chosen model of rehabilitation establishes new type of problems to banking sector which are result of the over-exposure of banking sector to government from the assets side (government's debt) and from the liability side (government's deposits). |
