| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to show the insider trading as the criminal offence.There is need of complete regulation of insider trading which should provide all necessary phases: prevention and enforcement.Slovenian legal framework doesn't ensure sufficient background to conduct such a practise.This paper presents preventive and enforcement methods of insider trading regulation, mostly compared Slovenian laws with European Directive, American and Britain legislation. |
