Abstract:To cultivate and develop China's military product market, first, we should reshape the subject of military product market and make military product-producing enterprises the real subject which can independently perform its corporate responsibilities rather than only relies on the state and troops. Troops as the subject of military product consumption market are forbidden to exercise power over stepping the status of demanders. They should purchase military products at market prices and in accordance with contracts. Moreover, we should conduct the reform of price. It includes setting the prices of products for both military and civilian purpose by market, establishing an effective price management and adjustment system and perfecting the legislation on the prices of military goods.
