| Abstract: | This article deals with investments on military equipment with a critical view. The Chechs reckon that they can attract foreign investments in return for buying new war planes. In the article, there is information in brief on military expenditure 1998 (as percentages of GDP) of several Central and Eastern European countries. In addition, there is information in brief on expenditure on military equipment 1999 (in USD) of some European countries. |
