Abstract:Making weapons is one of the biggest industry in the US. About 35,OOO businesses receive contracts directly from the Department of Defense (DOD). The main characteristics of government-industry partnership. The ten firms account for one-third of the Pentagon's sales. Many of the biggest firms depend heavily on the Pentagon for their survival.
