| Abstract: | The shift of foreign trade enterprises from the extensive to the intensive type must depend on or promote the transformation of the state economic systems from planned economy to the market economy, namely, proper handling of interrelations between two basic transformations. Ways to achieve this goal are to create a modern enterprise system; enable the government and authorities to play an important role in bringing about the two transformations, and in guidance and control; and conduct effective evaluations of mode of management of enterprises. |
