| Abstract: | In the early 1980s, Guangdong province's foreign trade enterprises began to invest and establish a production base for export with an aim at expanding source of goods for export and creating more foreign exchange. It has created favourable conditions for the adjustment of Guangdong's foreign trade tactics, the formation of foreign trade enterprise groups. Besides, the scope of business has been widened and the ability of existence and development enhanced. But due to lack of talent and experiences in running a large-scale business, there exist many problems. This paper analyses the problems in the invested projects and raises some suggestions on strengthening investment management and increasing returns on investment. |
