| Abstract: | The model of "re-creation" of foreign trade enterprises is selected with an eye to the combination of superiority and the transformation of inferiority. At present, the alternative models roughly are base type (main production place), agriculture with characteristics , industrialisation type, system-shifting type, name brand-led type, sci-tech-guided type, general trading company, Sino-foreign joint venture, and international corporation. The countermeasures are to form a contingent of professional entrepreneurs , need proper guidance and support from the government, strengthen the connecting link and attach importance to being driven by interests, separate the functions of the government and enterprises, strengthen the strength and function of "dragon head" enterprises and pay attention to innovation in management. |
