| Abstract: | It is a complicate and difficult task to correct the capital structure of state-owned foreign trade enterprises, which requires the joint endeavour from relevant benefit subjects such as government, enterprises and banks to administer and manager in a comprehensive way. Formulate a clear and unified scope of the normal capital structure of foreign trade enterprises. Establish the funds-inpouring mechanism for foreign trade enterprises and take steps to solve the problem that the proportion of their own capital is too low. On the basis of controlling the overall liability proportion, form a reasonable internal structure of debts and capital of foreign trade enterprises. Improve the management of foreign trade enterprises and pay special attention to the utilizing benefit of enterprises' capital. |
