| Abstract: | The authors found group sex composition to be positively related to team performance in a business school case competition by analyzing data from 34 practitioner judges' ratings of 37 student teams. In several multiple regression equations, they investigated the effects of sex composition, controlling for such variables as average team GPA, aggregate team work experience, team size, and team coaching received, among others. |
