| Abstract: | The credit card has changed the way of producing and consuming travel-related experiences. This article examines the relationship between credit cards and contemporary travel. The results show that production-related activities within the travel and credit industries have rationalized, and travel-related consumption, e.g. pleasure travel and hedonism, have become more accessible. |
