Abstract: | With the pressures of inflation and the need to develop one's self-identity the traditional family model, where the husband is the breadwinner and the wife is the homemaker, has become a thing of the past. This results in increased levels of work-family conflict. So far little research has been done on this issue. The purpose of this research was to study gender differences in the antecedents and consequences of work- family conflict. |
